How it works for Clients

1. Post Your Project

Post your project either in the community pool or directly to specific vendors. Your project will be reviewed by our trusted and qualified vendors who will then submit bids based on the project requirements.

2. Review offers

Review the offers and or clarifying questions received from our trusted and qualified vendors then select the one that best meets your project requirements.

3. Finalize agreement

Review project requirements with the selected vendor and determine contract terms. Complete contract negotiation and sign appropriate contract documents to initiate project commencement.

4. Make Payment

Make a payment into escrow. We hold the funds until your project is delivered to your satisfaction. OR work directly with the vendor to make payments when the project or milestone is delivered.

How it works for Vendors

1. Browse Projects

Browse open projects in the community pool to bid on OR receive notification from clients to bid on projects that match your company's skills set.

2. Make offers

Ask clarifying questions and or submit proposals on those projects for which your company would like to be considered.

3. Finalize agreement

For those projects in which your offer was accepted, review project requirements with the client and determine contract terms. Complete contract negotiation and sign appropriate contract documents to initiate project commencement.

4. Finish Project

Notify the client when their project or milestone is completed. Payment will be received upon acceptance of the deliverable agreed upon.
